Customers located in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, and other select states can enjoy free delivery for items bearing the free delivery tag. However, please note that this does not apply to oversized items such as refrigerators, large TVs, washing machines, and others.

Yes, you can return a product. There is a return and refund policy in place, if your request meets the requirements of the policy, you will get a refund.
If it’s not already en route, yes you can change, but if it is, your shipment will be delayed, and an extra delivery fee will be charged based on the proximity of the current and new location.
