It is our goal here at Stockalone to provide the best shopping experience. However, we understand that you may want to return or seek refund from already purchased products.

Please note that, return will only be possible if;

  • Unsealed
  • Damaged/ Broken
  • What you ordered is not what you got
  • The size you ordered is not the size you got
  • Refund will be for products that require change of items already delivered but are no more in stock

How to Initiate a Return

  • Go to ‘My orders’
  •  Choose the items you want to return
  •  Choose the reason for return
  •  Provide your address
  •  Select refund method
  •  Select return method
  •  Submit your request

Note: If you want to return a product or request for refund, it should be within a 3-day period or else your request will be denied.  

Return Packaging

Any product to be returned must be packaged in the same way it was received from Stockalone, with its original packaging, tags and labels attached to the product. Kindly note that all returned items are your responsibility until they get to us.

Rejected Returns

Upon arrival of returned goods, the product will be inspected, if we cannot validate the reason for returning a product, we shall redeliver it back to you.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the return within 24 hours. Same 24 hours for refund as well.
